In the first quarter of 2017, there were 164 sales at or above $1,000,000 compared to 145 in 2016, an increase of 13.10%.

• Between $1,000,000 and $1,999,999 there were 93 sales compared to 80 in 2016, an increase of 16.25%.
• Between $2,000,000 and $2,999,999 there were 34 sales compared to 31 in 2016, an increase of 9.68%.
• Between $3,000,000 and $3,999,999 there were 20 sales compared to 15 in 2016, an increase of 33.33%.
• Between $4,000,000 and $4,999,999 there were 6 sales, compared to 11 in 2016, a decrease of -45.45%.
• Between $5,000,000 and $9,999,999 there were 11 sales, compared to 7 in 2016, an increase of 57.14%.
• Above $10,000,000, there were no sales in the first quarter of 2017 nor in the first quarter of 2016.
