From January through September of 2017, there were 683 sales at or above $1,000,000 compared to 928 in 2016, a decrease of -26.40%.
- Between $1,000,000 and $1,999,999 there were 394 sales compared to 515 in 2016, a decrease of 23.50%.
- Between $2,000,000 and $2,999,999 there were 139 sales compared to 221 in 2016, a decrease of -37.10%.
- Between $3,000,000 and $3,999,999 there were 75 sales compared to 84 in 2016, a decrease of -10.71%.
- Between $4,000,000 and $4,999,999 there were 22 sales, compared to 45 in 2016, a decrease of -51.11%.
- Between $5,000,000 and $9,999,999 there were 49 sales, compared to 46 in 2016, an increase of 6.52%.
- Above $10,000,000, there were 4 sales in the first three quarters of 2017, compared to 5 in 2016.
