In 2017, there were 4,713 sales at or above $1,000,000 compared to 4,586 in 2016, an increase of 2.77%.

• Between $1,000,000 and $1,999,999 there were 3,771 sales compared to 3,590 in 2016, an increase of 5.04%.
• Between $2,000,000 and $2,999,999 there were 590 sales compared to 622 in 2016, a decrease of -5.14%. 
• Between $3,000,000 and $3,999,999 there were 194 sales compared to 203 in 2016, a decrease of 4.43%. 
• Between $4,000,000 and $4,999,999 there were 67 sales, compared to 87 in 2016, a decrease of -22.99%. 
• Between $5,000,000 and $9,999,999 there were 82 sales, compared to 74 in 2016, an increase of 10.81%.
• Above $10,000,000, there were 9 sales in 2017, compared to 10 in 2016.
